Refund, Delivery & Shipping Policies
U.S. Delivery Policy:
Most (NOT ALL!!)
orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days & Shipped through U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) by "Priority Mail" (2-3 Days) OR "1st Class Mail" (3-7 days).
(NOTE: Body Jewelry may take up to 2 weeks longer because it may need to be manufactured).
If you want an order sent "Express Mail/Delivery" (extra U.S. $10-20 & normally takes 1-2 days) OR if you have ANY Special Delivery Needs - Please indicate so in the "Special Instructions Box" when checking out Online - OR by
e-mail at: email@example.com.
NOTE: FOR SECURITY REASONS AND TO PROTECT OURSELVES AND CREDIT CARD HOLDERS AGAINST FRAUD,
WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT'S DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS
FOR A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
Overseas/Outside the U.S. Delivery Policy:
Most orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days & Shipped through U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) by "Air Mail" to arrive approximately 7-14 days thereafter (length of time often depends on the country and it's customs procedures).
If you want an order sent by "Express Mail" which takes approximately 3-7 days (extra U.S. $20-35) OR have ANY Special Delivery Needs - Please indicate so in the "Special Instructions Box" when checking out Online - OR by
e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: All Overseas/Outside the U.S. Orders are Charged a $1 Surcharge due to the risk involved in Overseas/Outside the U.S. shipping (i.e. loss, theft, fraud etc...), this fee is Automatically added
into the Shipping & Handling Charge. *ALSO* - Some orders may incur an extra Shipping Charge [U.S. $5-30] depending on the Cost Charged to us by the US Post Office to Ship your Order,
IF this is necessary - your Invoice wil be Adjusted/Charged and you will receive an updated invoice by mail.
Order Processing/Guarantee of Delivery:
We guarantee all PROCESSED orders
will be delivered to a "Confirmed Address". If you have a different "Ship to Address" than your
"Bill to Address" - OR your ordering from "Outside the U.S.A." *EXTRA FEES MAY APPLY*
for additional security measures taken during Shipping, you also may be asked to "Verify your
Identity" and/or "Address" to help protect against Unauthorized use of a Credit/Debit Card,
If you do not "Approve the Extra Fees" OR you are unable to "Verify your Identity" OR
"Address/Information" upon request - Your order will automatically
be Cancelled without Notification.
Once an order has shipped, Delivery Confirmation of your order can be proven upon request
by tracking information on the package. If you need this information - please e-mail us at: email@example.com
and provide us with 1) Your Name & 2) Your Order Number - We will then track your order or provide
you the information so you may track it within 24 hours.
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of our Products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We've done our best to describe each item as accurately as possible, So please be sure you

ALSO - NO Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges will be granted on any item Unless it can be shown you received the Wrong Item,
OR the Item has been Damaged and/or Lost in Shipping.
